Curtis has been busy doing short documentaries that air on Sasktel Max showcasing different stories in Southeast Saskatchewan and we are thrilled to make his list as a business story to showcase!
We had to ask him, Why KōN? His response was:
“I’ve been a HUGE ice cream fan my whole life. I would often say I would give up a meal just for ice cream! Doing food based stuff is always my favourite and when I started to dig into what Artisan Ice Cream was I knew that it would be an interesting story. I was excited when KōN opened up and there was a home town ice cream store that provided the quality I was missing and I’m here to capture that on video”
Of course, we made sure he was able to ‘sample’ our ice cream while he was here!
